The customers of a small town diner are held siege by three bank robbers with 3 million dollars in stolen cash. A series of events gives the diners the upper hand though and they decide to keep the money. Unfortunately the police have surrounded the diner and the options are running out.

Seemingly kind and good natured, but tough waitress. Always in charge and always the peacemaker. Dreams of a better life. Worked at the diner her whole life and it shows. Larger than life. Deep voiced. Motherly at times and dominating at others. A series of contradictions. Think Kathleen Turner meets Kathy Bates.

Sexy manipulative. Recently hired at the diner she still has everything already figured out. Able to take charge of any situation despite/because of her looks. Holds a never-ending grudge against her father who abandoned her and also happens to be the Chief of Police. Every person: a stepping stone. Every mistake: an opportunity.
